  • Single foot standing balance
  • Roll sole
  • Heel raises with tennis ball between calfs to stop ankles buckling
  • Pull in toes towards the foot in order to raise the arch. Try to keep toes straight and big toe joint on floor
  • Hold big toe on ground & lift other toes. Hold 10sec x10
  • Splay toes apart, hold for 10sec
  • Bring toes together hold 10sec
